Medications are all around us. In just about every household there is some form of medication. If not taken completely these medications will eventually expire and get old. Taking out of date medications can be hazerdous and can cause you to become ill. Disposing of old and unused medications is important but needs to be done in a way that is not only safe for the user but for the community around them.

Today more than ever we are seeing more and more children that are overweight. In a time of fast food overload, more choices when it comes to sweets and beverages; we are seeing the scales raise. No matter what race, religion or nationality you are, the holidays are  time of gathering for friends and family. It’s about sharing time together and appreciating what you have.
